Privacy policy

We keep this simple. entre.mesa uses your details only to answer your inquiry about an event.

Before launch: complete the bracketed details below (legal name, address, tax ID, retention period) and have this text reviewed by a qualified professional. It is a starting draft, not legal advice.

Who is responsible for your data

[Legal name of the business], tax ID [NIF/CIF], [registered address], Spain. Contact: gather@entremesa.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name, email, and optionally your phone number, where you are in Spain, preferred language and contact method, event type, date, guest count, venue or city, services you are interested in, budget, mood, an inspiration link, how you heard about us, and your message.

Why we use it

Who receives it

Your inquiry is sent as an email to gather@entremesa.com through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service that acts as our processor. It passes your message to our email inbox. Our email provider also stores the message.

Wedding websites and RSVP

If you ask us to build a wedding website with an RSVP form, the details your guests send (such as their names, replies and dietary needs) are handled under the terms we agree with you and a privacy notice published on that website. This policy covers only this site and its inquiry forms.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own site, so no third party receives your details when the page loads. The only third party involved is FormSubmit, and only when you send the inquiry form.

How long we keep it

[Retention period, for example: until your inquiry is resolved and then for up to X months], unless the law requires us to keep it longer or you ask us to delete it earlier.

Your rights

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data by writing to gather@entremesa.com.

Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time, using the same email address.

Making a complaint

You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
